Where they started
San Pellegrino came to me facing a significant internal hurdle: their current content pipeline was plagued by slow, frustrating, legal reviews - often taking weeks and requiring complete creative overhauls. They needed a partner who could manage creative ideation, sensitive chef coordination, and production execution, all while possessing the foresight to design concepts that were on-brand for legal compliance from the first draft. Without this streamlined process, San Pellegrino risked damaging relationships with high-profile chefs and failing to capitalize on their marketing momentum.

I successfully integrated as their dedicated Creative and Production Lead, taking full ownership of the video series. The strategy centered on developing a creative series that performs well on social but follows San Pellegrino's legally-informed creative framework upfront. This allowed me to execute a consistent, on-brand content series with minimal time involvement from the San Pellegrino internal team. By managing all chef and production logistics, my process moved San Pellegrino from being a stressed operational partner to a sign-off authority.

We successfully executed five distinct, high-quality video collaborations with top chefs in 2025, reinforcing San Pellegrino’s vital role in hospitality. Most importantly, the streamlined process dramatically reduced friction. San Pellegrino's internal teams gained confidence in the content, and the series achieved a combined organic viewership of over 200K, all while successfully moving projects through legal and approval stages with unprecedented speed.
